Round Three Moves

Israel: Israel mobilizes all IDF reserves in defense of Israeli sovereignty and sends gas exploration vessels to Cyprus while maintaining the naval blockade at high alert. Israel will participate in Turkish led negotiations. Israel will be participating in EU hosted Syria-Israeli peace talks.

Iran: The Islamic Republic of Iran has begun military relations with Russia, thanks to the SCO's recent support of Iran's humanitarian needs. Iran will begin trading weapons, missiles, and peaceful nuclear technology with Russia.

Turkey: Turkey is taking the lead role in brokering negotiations between Israel and Palestine. In arresting 8 radicals believed responsible for a bombing in Nicosia, Turkey denounces a return to violence and remains committed to peaceful negotiations over boundary and resource claims in Cyprus.

Syria: Syria has officially reopened talks toward a comprehensive Arab-Israeli peace settlement which includes the Golan Heights. Israel has agreed to participate. The EU is hosting the talks.

US: United States acknowledges the mistakes made on both sides in recent Turkish-Israeli escalations, and throws our support behind Turkish-led negotiations on Israeli-Palestinian peace, as well as the Turkish withdrawal of naval support for blockade runners.

EU: The EU is considering granting membership to Turkey and, in consultation with the US, initiate sanctions against Syria. The EU will be hosting Syria-Israeli peace talks.

Cyprus: Agreeing to the EU-led investigation into the bombing.
