Moves Round Six

Syria: No move

Cyprus: Cyprus begins extraction of natural gas and oil reserves. The government establishes a development fund  with the clear objectives of creating economic parity and unification of all Cypriot citizens upon unification of Cyprus. Funds for North Cypriots will be dispersed upon reunification of the country. The fund for North Cyprus will be held in escrow by EU. !1%concession of natural gas will go to the EU.

Turkey: Turkish intelligence attempted to arrest Hamas leader however he had already escaped. In light of Iran's fickle foreign policy and Syria's downfall, Turkey takes a leading role in Israeli/Palestinian negotiations, Syrian democratic transition and the wider Middle East

EU: The EU agrees to cooperate with the Cypriot ESCRO plan in exchange for exclusionary rights to the Cypriot gas reserves and will take 11% of reserves. The EU condemns the unconscionable attack against Damascus. We urge all conflicts to be resolved diplomatically in Brussels brokered by the EU.

Israel: Israel presents evidence to the United Nations from Jordanian intelligence that the belligerent nation of Cyprus is responsible for the sinking of their gas exploration vessel and is suspected of sinking the Egyptian naval escort.  Israel will maintain their naval force off the coast of Cyprus indefinitely as well as the blockade of Gaza.  Israel again bombs Hezbollah forces in Lebanon, and keeps forces in Northern Israel on high alert in defense of Israel's sovereignty.  Israel will accept Turkey sending the leader of Hamas to Israel for trial.

US: US firmly believes in Turkey's innocence regarding recent attacks on Israeli ships and backs a Turkish stabilizing diplomatic presence in Damascus to assist in the creation of a new, democratic and peaceful government following the collapse of the Assad Regime.  We reaffirm Turkey's status as an important member of the NATO alliance, and applaud the return to peaceful Israeli-Turkish interaction.  We are unwilling to participate in Cypriate reunification talks AT THIS TIME.

Iran: We strongly condemn the Arab League action against Iran-Israel peace. We stand firmly behind our peace with Israel in a new era of Iranian relations  and power in the Middle Eastern region. This will also show in good faith the future of a Palestinan state. We support Israel supporting Palestinaina statehood and the US consideration of moving the 5th fleet. We also continue to support our renewed relationship with the US.
